Can I curl my Quon's Eyes lashes?
Quon’s Eyes are made from 100% real mink fur, or a combination of real mink fur and real fox fur, or sable fur, depending upon lash style selected. We also offer Korean Silk and other synthetic lash options. All lashes can be curled using an eyelash curler. When curling 3D lash styles, always curl from the base of the lash, and not mid-way through the lash to prevent damaging the design of the lashes.
Can I wash my Quon's Eyes lashes?
At this time, we do not recommend washing or soaking your Quon’s Eyes lashes as all lash cleansers are not created equally.
Harsh formulations can ruin the design, curl, and quality of your lashes.
We are currently working on the launch of lash cleanser that will nourish and prolong lash life while also removing harmful bacteria.
Our lash cleanser will launch online at www.QuonsEyes.com in June 2020.
How long will my Quon's Eyes lashes last?
With proper care, our fur lashes can be reused up to 30 times. Natural shedding of the fur may occur with time. Our Korean Silk and synthetic lashes can be reused up to 20 times. Each pair of lashes featured in our Magnetizing Eyes Kit can be reused up to 20 times.
To preserve your lashes follow these guidelines:
Store your lashes after each use.
Do not apply mascara, use a lash curler instead to lift your lashes. Applying mascara to 3D lash styles will destroy the design of the lashes.
Do not sleep in your Quon’s Eyes lashes.
Do not tug on your lashes, or remove your lashes by pulling on the fur.
Always remove your lashes from your eye or the lash tray by the lash band. Never remove lashes by pulling or tugging on the fur or hair.
Be conservative when applying lash glue, a little goes a long way.
Always apply your lashes after completing your beauty routine to prevent powder, or other products from collecting on your lashes.
Is my Quon's Eyes purchase eligible for refund or exchange?
All Sales are Final.
Due to the nature of our products, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges. In the unlikely event you receive a defective item we will replace it.
We invite you to inspect your package and lashes as soon as you receive your order. For concerns of defective lashes, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your purchased items. You can contact us immediately by sending an email to email@example.com. After we review your e-mail, at the discretion of our staff, we will authorize your return with mailing instructions, if your lashes are deemed “defective”.
Defective lashes are lashes that upon receipt and inspection meet the criteria mentioned below.
DEFECTIVE: A defective pair of lashes means the following:
1. A pair of lashes that is missing a chunk of lashes upon receipt.
2. A pair of lashes that deviates greatly from the displayed style upon receipt.
3. A box of lashes that only comes with (1) one eyelash upon receipt.
If you are requesting an exchange for the same product because of defect, you will be responsible for shipping the product to us. Please package your lashes for return in a way that will preserve the integrity of the lashes and the original packaging.
Once we receive your exchange we will inform you of the outcome of the return merchandise inspection. If upon arrival of the package, we notice that the lashes are faulty; your shipping cost will be refunded and your new lashes will be shipped at no additional cost. Please keep your shipping receipt on hand. Return of shipping fees and product exchange will be processed in one business week.
Excahnges are only valid for the same style of lashes of defective lashes.
